Provisional Licence Holders
You can have standard weekly driving lessons lasting for 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours. Personally, I find that pupils who can take 2 hour driving lessons benefit greatly from the increased driving time. More can be taught and practiced in one 2 hour driving lesson than can be done in two 1 hour driving lessons, particularly things like manoeuvres. A 2 hour driving lesson also allows us time to travel out of Barnsley or Sheffield and experience unfamiliar areas.
Subject to availability, it may be possible to offer multiple 2 hour driving lessons
in one week, e.g. 4 or 6 hours. This is not the same as a full-
You may have already have some practical driving experience either with a relative or friend, or even another driving instructor. However, for whatever reason, you may not be happy with your progress. On a 2 hour driving lesson, I would assess your current skill level and offer you my professional opinion on the amount of training you would require to achieve the standard needed to successfully pass the driving test.
